Quick answer
On Android TV or Google TV, install a player such as TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro or OTT Navigator from the Google Play Store, then sign in with the Xtream Codes details from your Marinios IPTV activation email.
Android TV and Google TV power many smart TVs (Sony, TCL, Philips, some Hisense models) and streaming devices such as Chromecast with Google TV, Google TV Streamer and many set-top boxes. Because they use the Google Play Store, installing a player is quick and safe.
This guide covers both systems. The menus look slightly different on Google TV, but the steps are the same.
What you need before you start
- An Android TV or Google TV device with Play Store access.
- Your activation email with Xtream Codes or M3U details.
- A stable connection: 15–25 Mbps for HD, 25+ Mbps for 4K.
Supported login methods on Android TV & Google TV: Xtream Codes API, M3U playlist URL, MAC address / portal. What's the difference?

Straightforward Xtream Codes login.
- OTT Navigator
Highly customisable, supports several login types.
- Televizo
Clean interface, good for M3U playlists.
Install a player from Google Play
Steps
Open the Google Play Store from your home screen (on Google TV, go to the Apps tab and use Search for apps).
Search for TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro or another player from the list above.
Select Install and wait for the download to finish.
Open the app from your apps list. Allow any requested storage permission only if the app asks for it.
Stay safe when installing apps
Only install apps from the Amazon Appstore or from the app developer's official website. If your chosen player is not in the Appstore in your region, ask our support team for the developer's current official download address. We do not publish download codes, because they change and are often copied by unsafe sites.Sign in and load your Marinios IPTV playlist
Use the details from your activation email. Copy and paste where you can, and keep these details private.
Sign in with Xtream Codes API in the player
Open the player and choose "Add user", "Add playlist" or "Login with Xtream Codes API" (wording varies by version).
Enter any name you like, for example Marinios.
Enter the username, password and server URL exactly as they appear in your activation email, including http:// or https:// and any port number.
Select Add or Login and wait while live channels, movies and series load. The first load can take a minute or two on slower devices.
Load an M3U playlist URL in the player
In the player, choose the option to add a playlist from a URL (sometimes called "M3U URL" or "Load playlist from URL").
Paste the full M3U link from your activation email. Avoid typing it by hand where you can, because a single wrong character breaks the link.
If the app asks for an EPG or XMLTV URL, paste the EPG link from your activation email.
Save and let the playlist download. Large playlists can take longer to load on older devices.
Set up the TV guide (EPG)
Xtream Codes logins usually import the TV guide automatically. In TiviMate, go to Settings → EPG to check the source and set the update interval. For M3U logins, add the XMLTV link from your activation email.

- Guide shows "No information"
- Refresh the EPG from the app settings and make sure your device's time zone and clock are correct.
- Picture freezes after a few minutes
- Restart the router and device, then try a wired connection.
